I have experience in Human Capital Management and General Affair positions at PT. Inova Medika Solusindo. the company is engaged in IT. I worked there for a year and a half and I am very grateful to have worked there. My job desk at the previous company was doing recruitment, employee administration, employee development, and general affairs, therefore I have the ability to do administration, interviews, psychological tests, and employee development. I have good communication skills and information retrieval skills, therefore I know what employees do. from there I was also interested and understood about IT and began to study it. now I want to try to combine IT with human capital, which is my background.
